Bianca Bridges
While studying for her BSc in Business Administration at the University of Bath, Bianca started her award-winning food blog Pretty Hungry, as well as her first company, Breakfast London, now a media business and major influencer in the restaurant industry. Her first book, Breakfast London: Where Real Londoners Eat, was published by Ebury Press (Penguin Random House) in 2019 and became an Amazon Best Seller.
Bianca is also a Director at Scully St. James’s, and Co-Founder of The Jungle Collective hospitality group who operate The Railway Tavern N16, a local pub in Dalston. Her latest venture is Sweathouse, changing lives through the power of infrared sauna.
Aside from work, Bianca spends a lot of time pursuing charity projects, such as founding The Lamington Cake Project in aid of the Australian Bushfires.
