Camilla is a photographer and founder based in Venice, Italy. She combines her work as a photographer with her experience in creative production and art direction, collaborating with brands and publications for documentary photo stories and styled portraiture, as well as for wider creative projects and initiatives through the visual storytelling studio marea.world. Recent clients include Monocle, Konfekt, The Thinking Traveller, Zeit Magazin, Telegraph Luxury, Travel + Leisure, FT How to Spend It and AMAN.

 

Since moving to Venice from London, she has been working on developing new opportunities to nourish and bring together different communities in town, with a focus on female entrepreneurs and professionals in the creative industry. In 2022, together with a core group of women living and working on the island, she launched How Do We Meet, a platform fostering female-led monthly networking and mentoring events. In 2024, she founded Versatile, the city's first work club, a membership-based space offering dedicated desks, flexible work solutions and spaces to gather, present and meet to the local and international community in town.
